Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odredio je mjeru opreza 47-godišnjem ocu učenice trogirske osnovne škole protiv kojega se vodi postupak zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prisile prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju. Mjera opreza sadržana je u zabrani približavanja nastavniku osnovne škole, na kojeg je, u srijedu 27. ožujka, u prostorijama škole nasrnuo, kao i drugim svjedocima nasrtaja.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo je prethodno predložilo istražni zatvor protiv osumnjičenika zbog, kako se navodi, opasnosti od ometanja kaznenog postupka utjecajem na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Sudac istrage je smatrao dovoljnim izricanje mjere opreza, što znači da će mu, ako izrečenu mjeru 47-godišnjak prekrši, biti automatski određeno sprovođenje u istražni zatvor.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, tijekom ispitivanja se Trogiranin rasplakao i izrazio kajanje zbog nemilog incidenta. Također, rekao je da će se ispričati nastavniku osnovne škole ako bude u prilici. Na to će morati pričekati budući da mu je izrečena zabrana približavanja nastavniku.

Iz istih izvora saznajemo kako je otac nakon upada u učionicu škole zatražio od nastavnika mobitel svoje kćeri kojeg joj je prethodno oduzeo zbog korištenja za vrijeme nastave. Nastavnik mu ga nije mogao ni dati, nastavlja, jer se mobitel tada nalazio kod ravnateljice škole. Nakon toga je, pričaju upućeni, otac učenice uzeo nastavnikov mobitel te zatim krenuo van iz razreda. Nastavnik je krenuo prema njemu, pokušavajući ga zaustaviti, i tada je došlo do sukoba, za vrijeme kojeg je Trogiranin nastavnka uhvatio za vrat i dao mu pljusku. 

Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu u svom priopćenju je navelo da "postoji osnovana sumnja da je da je osumnjičeni 47-godišnjak 27. ožujka 2024., ušao u učionicu u osnovnoj školi u Trogiru, prekinuo nastavu koja je bila u tijeku i zatražio od nastavnika da mu preda mobitel njegove kćeri (učenica u školi) koji joj je prethodno uzet sukladno Pravilniku o kućnom redu. Kada mu je nastavnik odbio predati mobitel, osnovano se sumnja da mu je osumnjičenik pretražio njegovu torbu i sa stola uzeo nastavnikov mobitel i potom bio fizički nasilan prema njemu uslijed čega je nastavnik zadobio tjelesnu ozljedu."

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odredio je mjeru opreza 47-godišnjem ocu učenice trogirske osnovne škole protiv kojega se vodi postupak zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prisile prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju. Mjera opreza sadržana je u zabrani približavanja nastavniku osnovne škole, na kojeg je, u srijedu 27. ožujka, u prostorijama škole nasrnuo, kao i drugim svjedocima nasrtaja.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo je prethodno predložilo istražni zatvor protiv osumnjičenika zbog, kako se navodi, opasnosti od ometanja kaznenog postupka utjecajem na svjedoke i opasnosti od ponavljanja djela.

Sudac istrage je smatrao dovoljnim izricanje mjere opreza, što znači da će mu, ako izrečenu mjeru 47-godišnjak prekrši, biti automatski određeno sprovođenje u istražni zatvor.

Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, tijekom ispitivanja se Trogiranin rasplakao i izrazio kajanje zbog nemilog incidenta. Također, rekao je da će se ispričati nastavniku osnovne škole ako bude u prilici. Na to će morati pričekati budući da mu je izrečena zabrana približavanja nastavniku.

Iz istih izvora saznajemo kako je otac nakon upada u učionicu škole zatražio od nastavnika mobitel svoje kćeri kojeg joj je prethodno oduzeo zbog korištenja za vrijeme nastave. Nastavnik mu ga nije mogao ni dati, nastavlja, jer se mobitel tada nalazio kod ravnateljice škole. Nakon toga je, pričaju upućeni, otac učenice uzeo nastavnikov mobitel te zatim krenuo van iz razreda. Nastavnik je krenuo prema njemu, pokušavajući ga zaustaviti, i tada je došlo do sukoba, za vrijeme kojeg je Trogiranin nastavnka uhvatio za vrat i dao mu pljusku. 

Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Splitu u svom priopćenju je navelo da "postoji osnovana sumnja da je da je osumnjičeni 47-godišnjak 27. ožujka 2024., ušao u učionicu u osnovnoj školi u Trogiru, prekinuo nastavu koja je bila u tijeku i zatražio od nastavnika da mu preda mobitel njegove kćeri (učenica u školi) koji joj je prethodno uzet sukladno Pravilniku o kućnom redu. Kada mu je nastavnik odbio predati mobitel, osnovano se sumnja da mu je osumnjičenik pretražio njegovu torbu i sa stola uzeo nastavnikov mobitel i potom bio fizički nasilan prema njemu uslijed čega je nastavnik zadobio tjelesnu ozljedu."

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Splitu odredio je mjeru opreza 47-godišnjem ocu učenice trogirske osnovne škole protiv kojega se vodi postupak zbog osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela prisile prema službenoj osobi u pokušaju. Mjera opreza sadržana je u zabrani približavanja nastavniku osnovne škole, na kojeg je, u srijedu 27. ožujka, u prostorijama škole nasrnuo, kao i drugim svjedocima nasrtaja.
