Razočarani su ostali svi koji su očekivali da je poneki adut HDZ sačuvao za predstavljanje predizbornog programa: Andrej Plenković nije izvukao asa iz rukava i iznenadio nekom najavom već je više vremena posvetio onom što je u protekla dva mandata postigao na čelu Vlade obrazlažući vrijednost i značaj tih postignuća.

Najznačajnija predizborna obećanja HDZ-a o kojima smo slušali proteklih dana i dalje su podizanje prosječnih neto plaća na najmanje 1600 eura, minimalne bruto plaće s 840 eura na 1250 eura i prosječne mirovine za 30 posto kako bi dosegnula 750 eura. Tome se može dodati, što se gospodarstva tiče, uz standardne poruke o digitalizaciji i zelenoj ekonomiji, najava stvaranja preduvjeta za otvaranje 125 tisuća radnih mjesta.

Sve za obitelj

Zainteresirani za HDZ-ov program stambene politike ostali su kratkih rukava jer je najavljeno da će u prvih šest mjeseci novog mandata precizirati nacionalnu stambenu politiku kao i mjere dostupnog stanovanja, poticajne mjere i stavljanje neaktivne imovine na tržište.

Andrej Plenković najznačajnijim problemom Hrvatske smatra demografiju. Njegova strategija bi trebala preokrenuti trendove većeg broja umrlih od rođenih. Istakao je da imamo 34 tisuća djece koja se danas rađaju i 57 tisuća umrlih. Neke od mjera iz programa za preokret su udvostručenje potpora za svako novorođeno dijete, po svakom rođenom djetetu majke će dobiti godinu dana radnog staža i moći će ranije u mirovinu.

Kako bi ojačao obitelj, HDZ obećava da će do kraja 2030. godine svako dijete dobiti mjesto u vrtiću, a svaka škola u Hrvatskoj radit će u jednoj smjeni i imat će sportsku dvoranu i kuhinju.

Nije to sve. Obitelji će dobiti dječje kartice s popustima od 20 posto za dvoje djece, 30 posto popusta za troje, po 40 posto za obitelji za četvero djece... Ti se popusti tiču plaćanja brojnih javnih usluga, objasnio je Plenković. Obećavajući rast mirovina na 750 eura ili za 30 posto, Plenković je kazao da su udjeli mirovina u neto plaćama danas isti kao i ranije pa su mirovine na 47 posto neto plaća. Najavio je izgradnju 18 centara za starije.

U HDZ-ovom programu je donošenje novog zakona o prostornom uređenju zbog onemogućavanja bespravne gradnje, nastavak ulaganja u infrastrukturu i u željeznice koje su dugo zanemarene, uvođenje elektroničke naplate cestarina, povećanje socijalnih naknada za 30 posto i zapošljavanje 200 socijalnih mentora kao i da će prepoloviti vrijeme čekanja na bolničke preglede...

Tuđe milijarde

Tko je očekivao brda i doline nije profitirao, ali ništa bolje nije prošao ni onaj tko je očekivao da se prozbori o ekonomiji ili gospodarstvu koje bi trebalo financirati sva predizborna obećanja. Više je vremena utrošeno na prošlost nego na budućnost.

Više vremena u predstavljanju programa za iduće četiri godine pojelo je objašnjavanje postignuća u prethodnih osam godina koja bi očito trebala najviše privući glasače.

Njima na znanje stavljeno je da smo profitirali članstvom u Europskoj uniji i zato što imamo koristi koja se mjeri time što smo za 14,4 milijarde eura povukli više novca nego smo ga uplatili za članstvu u EU-u. Taj novac kojeg smo povukli, te milijarde nisu pale s neba, njih su zaradila neka uspješnija gospodarstva i razvijenije zemlje koje danas ulažu novac u Hrvatsku da bi uhvatila neke europske razine razvijenosti.

Umjesto da planiramo kako da sami sebi pomognemo i stvaramo nove vrijednosti koliko god to možemo, brojimo koliko nam je došlo tuđih milijardi dok stagniramo na začelju lista europskog standarda i razvijenosti.

Razočarani su ostali svi koji su očekivali da je poneki adut HDZ sačuvao za predstavljanje predizbornog programa: Andrej Plenković nije izvukao asa iz rukava i iznenadio nekom najavom već je više vremena posvetio onom što je u protekla dva mandata postigao na čelu Vlade obrazlažući vrijednost i značaj tih postignuća.

Najznačajnija predizborna obećanja HDZ-a o kojima smo slušali proteklih dana i dalje su podizanje prosječnih neto plaća na najmanje 1600 eura, minimalne bruto plaće s 840 eura na 1250 eura i prosječne mirovine za 30 posto kako bi dosegnula 750 eura. Tome se može dodati, što se gospodarstva tiče, uz standardne poruke o digitalizaciji i zelenoj ekonomiji, najava stvaranja preduvjeta za otvaranje 125 tisuća radnih mjesta.

Sve za obitelj

Zainteresirani za HDZ-ov program stambene politike ostali su kratkih rukava jer je najavljeno da će u prvih šest mjeseci novog mandata precizirati nacionalnu stambenu politiku kao i mjere dostupnog stanovanja, poticajne mjere i stavljanje neaktivne imovine na tržište.

Andrej Plenković najznačajnijim problemom Hrvatske smatra demografiju. Njegova strategija bi trebala preokrenuti trendove većeg broja umrlih od rođenih. Istakao je da imamo 34 tisuća djece koja se danas rađaju i 57 tisuća umrlih. Neke od mjera iz programa za preokret su udvostručenje potpora za svako novorođeno dijete, po svakom rođenom djetetu majke će dobiti godinu dana radnog staža i moći će ranije u mirovinu.

Kako bi ojačao obitelj, HDZ obećava da će do kraja 2030. godine svako dijete dobiti mjesto u vrtiću, a svaka škola u Hrvatskoj radit će u jednoj smjeni i imat će sportsku dvoranu i kuhinju.

Nije to sve. Obitelji će dobiti dječje kartice s popustima od 20 posto za dvoje djece, 30 posto popusta za troje, po 40 posto za obitelji za četvero djece... Ti se popusti tiču plaćanja brojnih javnih usluga, objasnio je Plenković. Obećavajući rast mirovina na 750 eura ili za 30 posto, Plenković je kazao da su udjeli mirovina u neto plaćama danas isti kao i ranije pa su mirovine na 47 posto neto plaća. Najavio je izgradnju 18 centara za starije.

U HDZ-ovom programu je donošenje novog zakona o prostornom uređenju zbog onemogućavanja bespravne gradnje, nastavak ulaganja u infrastrukturu i u željeznice koje su dugo zanemarene, uvođenje elektroničke naplate cestarina, povećanje socijalnih naknada za 30 posto i zapošljavanje 200 socijalnih mentora kao i da će prepoloviti vrijeme čekanja na bolničke preglede...

Tuđe milijarde

Tko je očekivao brda i doline nije profitirao, ali ništa bolje nije prošao ni onaj tko je očekivao da se prozbori o ekonomiji ili gospodarstvu koje bi trebalo financirati sva predizborna obećanja. Više je vremena utrošeno na prošlost nego na budućnost.

Više vremena u predstavljanju programa za iduće četiri godine pojelo je objašnjavanje postignuća u prethodnih osam godina koja bi očito trebala najviše privući glasače.

Njima na znanje stavljeno je da smo profitirali članstvom u Europskoj uniji i zato što imamo koristi koja se mjeri time što smo za 14,4 milijarde eura povukli više novca nego smo ga uplatili za članstvu u EU-u. Taj novac kojeg smo povukli, te milijarde nisu pale s neba, njih su zaradila neka uspješnija gospodarstva i razvijenije zemlje koje danas ulažu novac u Hrvatsku da bi uhvatila neke europske razine razvijenosti.

Umjesto da planiramo kako da sami sebi pomognemo i stvaramo nove vrijednosti koliko god to možemo, brojimo koliko nam je došlo tuđih milijardi dok stagniramo na začelju lista europskog standarda i razvijenosti.
