Na kraju poznate zagrebačke Tkalčićeve ulice, gdje su bile potleušice, sagrađena je nova zgrada visoke kvalitete, koja tijekom gradnje nije bila ni blizu razvikana kao ostale novogradnje u središtu Zagreba - doznaje Jutarnji list.

No, upravo je ta zgrada dobila vrlo zanimljivog stanara. Vlasnik stana na samom vrhu, penthousea veličine 220 kvadrata koji ima i prostranu lođu od 29 kvadrata prema zelenilu s jedne strane te pogled na katedralu s druge strane, hrvatski je nogometni reprezentativac i igrač Reala Luka Modrić.

Oba imaju garažna mjesta. No, na web stranici investitora to je vidljivo kao jedan atraktivan stan. Kao vlasnik upisan je upravo Luka Modrić, dok je, primjerice, za njihovu vilu na vrhu Pantovčaka upisana supruga Vanja. Obitelj Modrić ovom je kupnjom povećala broj svojih atraktivnih i vrijednih nekretnina u Zagrebu gdje ih imaju, koliko nam je poznato sada tri, dva velika stana i jednu vilu, te na obali još jednu.

Na kraju poznate zagrebačke Tkalčićeve ulice, gdje su bile potleušice, sagrađena je nova zgrada visoke kvalitete, koja tijekom gradnje nije bila ni blizu razvikana kao ostale novogradnje u središtu Zagreba - doznaje Jutarnji list.

No, upravo je ta zgrada dobila vrlo zanimljivog stanara. Vlasnik stana na samom vrhu, penthousea veličine 220 kvadrata koji ima i prostranu lođu od 29 kvadrata prema zelenilu s jedne strane te pogled na katedralu s druge strane, hrvatski je nogometni reprezentativac i igrač Reala Luka Modrić.

Procjenjuje se da ga je platio oko 1,400.000 eura ako se za izračun uzme da ga je vjerojatno rezervirao kad je počela gradnja, prije najmanje godinu dana, pa je cijena kvadrata ovdje mogla biti 6000 do 7000 eura. Prema zemljišnim knjigama, radi se zapravo o dva ekskluzivna stana u potkrovlju: jedan je veličine 108 kvadrata i ima tri spavaće sobe, a drugi ima 119 kvadrata, lođu od 29 kvadrata, dnevni boravak i blagovaonicu i sobu s kupaonicom.

Oba imaju garažna mjesta. No, na web stranici investitora to je vidljivo kao jedan atraktivan stan. Kao vlasnik upisan je upravo Luka Modrić, dok je, primjerice, za njihovu vilu na vrhu Pantovčaka upisana supruga Vanja. Obitelj Modrić ovom je kupnjom povećala broj svojih atraktivnih i vrijednih nekretnina u Zagrebu gdje ih imaju, koliko nam je poznato sada tri, dva velika stana i jednu vilu, te na obali još jednu.

Luka Modrić kupio penthouse u samom centru Zagreba. Cijena? Samo za odlikaše

Na kraju poznate zagrebačke Tkalčićeve ulice, gdje su bile potleušice, sagrađena je nova zgrada visoke kvalitete, koja tijekom gradnje nije bila ni blizu razvikana kao ostale novogradnje u središtu Zagreba - doznaje Jutarnji list.

No, upravo je ta zgrada dobila vrlo zanimljivog stanara. Vlasnik stana na samom vrhu, penthousea veličine 220 kvadrata koji ima i prostranu lođu od 29 kvadrata prema zelenilu s jedne strane te pogled na katedralu s druge strane, hrvatski je nogometni reprezentativac i igrač Reala Luka Modrić.

Procjenjuje se da ga je platio oko 1,400.000 eura ako se za izračun uzme da ga je vjerojatno rezervirao kad je počela gradnja, prije najmanje godinu dana, pa je cijena kvadrata ovdje mogla biti 6000 do 7000 eura. Prema zemljišnim knjigama, radi se zapravo o dva ekskluzivna stana u potkrovlju: jedan je veličine 108 kvadrata i ima tri spavaće sobe, a drugi ima 119 kvadrata, lođu od 29 kvadrata, dnevni boravak i blagovaonicu i sobu s kupaonicom.

Oba imaju garažna mjesta. No, na web stranici investitora to je vidljivo kao jedan atraktivan stan. Kao vlasnik upisan je upravo Luka Modrić, dok je, primjerice, za njihovu vilu na vrhu Pantovčaka upisana supruga Vanja. Obitelj Modrić ovom je kupnjom povećala broj svojih atraktivnih i vrijednih nekretnina u Zagrebu gdje ih imaju, koliko nam je poznato sada tri, dva velika stana i jednu vilu, te na obali još jednu.
