Poznato je da se ne preporuča piti kavu ili čaj prije spavanja, ali postoji piće koje i više pospješuje nesanicu.

Iako će mnoge iznenaditi, riječ je o mlijeku. Dakle, svi oni koji imaju naviku popiti čašu hladnog ili toplog mlijeka prije spavanja, pojesti pahuljice ili neki od napitaka koji se rade s mlijekom, trebali bi to prestati činiti. Ako su primijetili da imaju problem s nesanicom i ne shvaćaju otkud dolazi.

Dok su kava i čaj bogati kofeinom, koji blokira receptore za poticanje sna u mozgu, mlijeko, koje ima niz zdravstvenih prednosti zahvaljujući visokom udjelu kalcija i vitamina D, također može imati štetne učinke.

“Kako bismo doznali koja pića utječu na naš san više od ostalih, skupini sudionika dali smo uređaje za praćenje spavanja i pet različitih pića. Svaki je sudionik pio različito piće svake noći tijekom pet dana, bilježeći koliko su dobro ili loše spavali”, prenosi Mirror riječi tima stručnjaka koji je proveo istraživanje na ovu temu.

Najgori rezultati

Mlijeko je pokazalo najgore rezultate.

“Sudionici su u prosjeku spavali samo šest sati i 52 minute nakon što bi prije odlaska u krevet konzumirali mlijeko. To je gotovo jedan sat manje od prosjeka. Kava ih je pak držala budnima 54 minute. Čaj, iako stvara probleme s nesanicom, osigurava čak sat i 14 minuta dubokog sna i oko sat i pol REM faze”, navodi se u istraživanju.

Nije navedeno zašto baš mlijeko tako loše utječe na kvalitetu sna, ali John Young, profesor translacijskih kliničkih i zdravstvenih istraživanja na Sveučilištu Teesside, prethodno je objasnio da mlijeko nije dobro za san ako je osoba alergična na mlijeko, intolerantna na laktozu ili ima sindrom iritabilnog crijeva (IBS).

No, spomenuo je da bi ljudima koji nemaju zdravstvenih problema zbog konzumacije mlijeka ono nema negativan utjecaj na spavanje.

“Na dobar san mnogo više utječe cjelokupna prehrana, tjelesna aktivnost i izloženost sunčevoj svjetlosti tijekom dana”, zaključio je Young.

Poznato je da se ne preporuča piti kavu ili čaj prije spavanja, ali postoji piće koje i više pospješuje nesanicu.

Iako će mnoge iznenaditi, riječ je o mlijeku. Dakle, svi oni koji imaju naviku popiti čašu hladnog ili toplog mlijeka prije spavanja, pojesti pahuljice ili neki od napitaka koji se rade s mlijekom, trebali bi to prestati činiti. Ako su primijetili da imaju problem s nesanicom i ne shvaćaju otkud dolazi.

Nije navedeno zašto baš mlijeko tako loše utječe na kvalitetu sna, ali John Young, profesor translacijskih kliničkih i zdravstvenih istraživanja na Sveučilištu Teesside, prethodno je objasnio da mlijeko nije dobro za san ako je osoba alergična na mlijeko, intolerantna na laktozu ili ima sindrom iritabilnog crijeva (IBS).

No, spomenuo je da bi ljudima koji nemaju zdravstvenih problema zbog konzumacije mlijeka ono nema negativan utjecaj na spavanje.

“Na dobar san mnogo više utječe cjelokupna prehrana, tjelesna aktivnost i izloženost sunčevoj svjetlosti tijekom dana”, zaključio je Young.

Poznato je da se ne preporuča piti kavu ili čaj prije spavanja, ali postoji piće koje i više pospješuje nesanicu.

Iako će mnoge iznenaditi, riječ je o mlijeku. Dakle, svi oni koji imaju naviku popiti čašu hladnog ili toplog mlijeka prije spavanja, pojesti pahuljice ili neki od napitaka koji se rade s mlijekom, trebali bi to prestati činiti. Ako su primijetili da imaju problem s nesanicom i ne shvaćaju otkud dolazi.

Dok su kava i čaj bogati kofeinom, koji blokira receptore za poticanje sna u mozgu, mlijeko, koje ima niz zdravstvenih prednosti zahvaljujući visokom udjelu kalcija i vitamina D, također može imati štetne učinke.

“Kako bismo doznali koja pića utječu na naš san više od ostalih, skupini sudionika dali smo uređaje za praćenje spavanja i pet različitih pića. Svaki je sudionik pio različito piće svake noći tijekom pet dana, bilježeći koliko su dobro ili loše spavali”, prenosi Mirror riječi tima stručnjaka koji je proveo istraživanje na ovu temu.
