Je li luk bolje rezati poprečno ili uzdužno? Suprotno onome što neki misle, uopće nije svejedno kako ćete ga narezati, a je li ga bolje rezati uzdužno ili poprečno, ovisit će o tome kako ga planirate koristiti.

Je li luk bolje rezati poprečno ili uzdužno? Suprotno onome što neki misle, uopće nije svejedno kako ćete ga narezati, a je li ga bolje rezati uzdužno ili poprečno, ovisit će o tome kako ga planirate koristiti.

Ako režete luk za izradu karameliziranog luka, najbolje ga je narezati uzdužno. Postavite ga na dasku za rezanje i preprežite od stabljike prema korijenu, a zatim ga režite na fetice koje ćete potom pretvoriti u kockice. Na taj način rezan luk bolje održava oblik tijekom dugog kuhanja.

Je li luk bolje rezati poprečno ili uzdužno? Suprotno onome što neki misle, uopće nije svejedno kako ćete ga narezati, a je li ga bolje rezati uzdužno ili poprečno, ovisit će o tome kako ga planirate koristiti.

Ako režete luk za izradu karameliziranog luka, najbolje ga je narezati uzdužno. Postavite ga na dasku za rezanje i preprežite od stabljike prema korijenu, a zatim ga režite na fetice koje ćete potom pretvoriti u kockice. Na taj način rezan luk bolje održava oblik tijekom dugog kuhanja.
