Ako pomislite da vam dijete gubi vrijeme gledajući video uratke svakojakih ljudi na TikToku možda niste u pravu. Rijetko, ali se nađe baš kanal na kojem se da svašta (dobroga) može naučiti.

Recimo, na kanalu "and_also_annika" naići ćete na dvadeseti osmogodišnju Anniku iz Kalifornije, koja sa svijetom dijeli svoju sudbinu. Priznaje kako je bila stidljiva i povućena sve dok nije dobila dijagnozu koja nije obećavajuća. Annika naime bolu od sinonazalnog karcinoma, u četvrtom stadiju, karcinoma koji je iznimno rijedak, a opet i iznimno agresivan.

U listopadu prošle godine Annika se probudila, kako je mislila, prehlađena. Bolio ju je unutarnji rub oka. Nije tome pridavala neku pažnju, sve do navečer, kada je osjetila bolove preko cijele desne strane lica.

Kada se sljedećeg jutra probudila imala je što i vidjeti - oteklo joj je oko. Jurnula je u bolnicu, gdje su liječnici ustanovili kako ima infekciju.

Nakon tjedan dana tretmana antibioticima ništa se promijenilo nije, već je oko oticalo još više. Drugi liječnik na Hitnoj pomoći bio je uporniji u dijagnostici, nakon CT snimka otkrio je masu veličine loptice za golf, ugnježđenu iza oka...

Daljni pregledi pokazali su kako je karcinom metastazirao Anniku u pluća, u limfne čvorove... Odmah je krenula sa kemoterapijom i imunoterapijom, potom joj je kirurški tim uklonio desno oko, zamijenivši prazninu bedrenim mišićem...

No ova hrabra djeovjka nije spremna na predaju. Premda joj statistika ne ide u prilog odbija odustati, a svojim snimcima vraća vjeru u uspješan ishod.

- Pitaju me često što mislim da je potaklo i izazvalo moj karcinom. nakon dugog promišljanja uvjerena sam da je ova dijagnoza kazna za to što bi ponekad zaboravila dati žmigavac prilikom skretanja, jednom sam čak pojela sushi na aerodromu, a i par puta sam se izvukla ne ostavivši manču konobaru - na taj se način Annika zafrkava sa svojom bolešću, dozvoljavajući humoru da je diže.

Ako pomislite da vam dijete gubi vrijeme gledajući video uratke svakojakih ljudi na TikToku možda niste u pravu. Rijetko, ali se nađe baš kanal na kojem se da svašta (dobroga) može naučiti.

Recimo, na kanalu "and_also_annika" naići ćete na dvadeseti osmogodišnju Anniku iz Kalifornije, koja sa svijetom dijeli svoju sudbinu. Priznaje kako je bila stidljiva i povućena sve dok nije dobila dijagnozu koja nije obećavajuća. Annika naime bolu od sinonazalnog karcinoma, u četvrtom stadiju, karcinoma koji je iznimno rijedak, a opet i iznimno agresivan.

U listopadu prošle godine Annika se probudila, kako je mislila, prehlađena. Bolio ju je unutarnji rub oka. Nije tome pridavala neku pažnju, sve do navečer, kada je osjetila bolove preko cijele desne strane lica.

Kada se sljedećeg jutra probudila imala je što i vidjeti - oteklo joj je oko. Jurnula je u bolnicu, gdje su liječnici ustanovili kako ima infekciju.

Nakon tjedan dana tretmana antibioticima ništa se promijenilo nije, već je oko oticalo još više. Drugi liječnik na Hitnoj pomoći bio je uporniji u dijagnostici, nakon CT snimka otkrio je masu veličine loptice za golf, ugnježđenu iza oka...

Daljni pregledi pokazali su kako je karcinom metastazirao Anniku u pluća, u limfne čvorove... Odmah je krenula sa kemoterapijom i imunoterapijom, potom joj je kirurški tim uklonio desno oko, zamijenivši prazninu bedrenim mišićem...

No ova hrabra djeovjka nije spremna na predaju. Premda joj statistika ne ide u prilog odbija odustati, a svojim snimcima vraća vjeru u uspješan ishod.

- Pitaju me često što mislim da je potaklo i izazvalo moj karcinom. nakon dugog promišljanja uvjerena sam da je ova dijagnoza kazna za to što bi ponekad zaboravila dati žmigavac prilikom skretanja, jednom sam čak pojela sushi na aerodromu, a i par puta sam se izvukla ne ostavivši manču konobaru - na taj se način Annika zafrkava sa svojom bolešću, dozvoljavajući humoru da je diže.

Ako pomislite da vam dijete gubi vrijeme gledajući video uratke svakojakih ljudi na TikToku možda niste u pravu. Rijetko, ali se nađe baš kanal na kojem se da svašta (dobroga) može naučiti.

Recimo, na kanalu "and_also_annika" naići ćete na dvadeseti osmogodišnju Anniku iz Kalifornije, koja sa svijetom dijeli svoju sudbinu. Priznaje kako je bila stidljiva i povućena sve dok nije dobila dijagnozu koja nije obećavajuća. Annika naime bolu od sinonazalnog karcinoma, u četvrtom stadiju, karcinoma koji je iznimno rijedak, a opet i iznimno agresivan.

U listopadu prošle godine Annika se probudila, kako je mislila, prehlađena. Bolio ju je unutarnji rub oka. Nije tome pridavala neku pažnju, sve do navečer, kada je osjetila bolove preko cijele desne strane lica.
