Ne stišavaju se reakcije na najavljeno privremeno zatvaranje tunela Selca – Dubovica na glavnoj i jedinoj državnoj cesti na otoku Hvaru od 29. travnja do 10. svibnja, radi obavljanja rekonstrukcije videonadzora, sustava vatrodojave, nadogradnje sustava za kontrolu atmosfere i sustava upravljanja ventilacijom.

Nakon što su protiv takve odluke Hrvatskih cesta (HC) oštro prosvjedovali iz Turističke zajednice Hvar i otočne Udruge vodiča, te brojni građani, otvorenim pismom HC-ovoj Tehničkoj ispostavi u Splitu oglasili su se i lokalni čelnici sa škoja.

Gradonačelnici Hvara i Staroga Grada, Rikardo Novak i Antonio Škarpa (obojica nezavisni), te prvi čovjek općine Jelsa Nikša Peronja (SDP) na tu adresu su uputili zajednički zahtjev za izmjenom odluke, uz konkretne prijedloge rješenja da bi se izbjegle neugodnosti i ugrožavanje sigurnosti prometa na preporučenom obilaznom smjeru, odnosno županijskoj cesti Hvar - Brusje - Stari Grad.

Iskustva iz studenoga 2022.

Određena zapažanja o tome imaju iz desetodnevnog zatvaranja tunela u studenome 2022. godine, a u ovo doba godine problemi bi samo mogli biti višestruko veći, što bi svakako željeli izbjeći.

- U vrijeme kada je turistička sezona već počela, velik je broj autobusa koji dolaze s agencijskim gostima, također je velik broj dnevnih izleta autobusima, svakodnevno je bitno pojačan promet kamiona, kombija i mehanizacije budući da 15. svibnja stupa na snagu zabrana građevinskih radova pa se ubrzano završavaju postojeći zahvati.

Također, ovo je vrijeme kada je visok priljev autogostiju jer još nije povećan broj katamaranskih linija prema Hvaru. Zbog svega navedenog i državni brodar “Jadrolinija” uveo je veće trajekte kako bi odgovorio na pojačane potrebe prijevoza osobnih i gospodarskih vozila te autobusa - tvrde trojica lokalnih čelnika.

Ogroman pritisak vozila

Zatvaranje tunela bi, kako tvrde, rezultiralo ogromnim pritiskom automobila, kombija, kamiona i autobusa na županijsku cestu koja je potpuno neadekvatna za tu količinu prometa. Na nekim dijelovima nije šira od pet metara te se na određenim dionicama teško mimoilaze i automobili, a kamoli veća vozila s turističkim autobusima.

Zbog toga je sasvim izgledno očekivati velike zastoje u prometu i probleme u sigurnosti na predmetnoj cesti.

- Sugeriramo sljedeće: usklađivanje zatvaranja tunela sa satnicama dolaska i odlaska trajekta na pruzi Split - Stari Grad - Split, odvijanje prometa u tunelu jednim trakom kad je to moguće, obavljanje radova noću od 22.30 do 4.30 sati, a ako te opcije nisu prihvatljive tražimo da se radovi odgode za studeni - navode u svojem pismu Novak, Škarpa i Peronja, dok su iz HC-a na naša pitanja već odgovorili da to zbog opsega radova i tehnologije izvođenja nije moguće, nego da je jedina opcija upravo ona koju su oni odabrali.

Ne stišavaju se reakcije na najavljeno privremeno zatvaranje tunela Selca – Dubovica na glavnoj i jedinoj državnoj cesti na otoku Hvaru od 29. travnja do 10. svibnja, radi obavljanja rekonstrukcije videonadzora, sustava vatrodojave, nadogradnje sustava za kontrolu atmosfere i sustava upravljanja ventilacijom.

Nakon što su protiv takve odluke Hrvatskih cesta (HC) oštro prosvjedovali iz Turističke zajednice Hvar i otočne Udruge vodiča, te brojni građani, otvorenim pismom HC-ovoj Tehničkoj ispostavi u Splitu oglasili su se i lokalni čelnici sa škoja.

Gradonačelnici Hvara i Staroga Grada, Rikardo Novak i Antonio Škarpa (obojica nezavisni), te prvi čovjek općine Jelsa Nikša Peronja (SDP) na tu adresu su uputili zajednički zahtjev za izmjenom odluke, uz konkretne prijedloge rješenja da bi se izbjegle neugodnosti i ugrožavanje sigurnosti prometa na preporučenom obilaznom smjeru, odnosno županijskoj cesti Hvar - Brusje - Stari Grad.

Iskustva iz studenoga 2022.

Određena zapažanja o tome imaju iz desetodnevnog zatvaranja tunela u studenome 2022. godine, a u ovo doba godine problemi bi samo mogli biti višestruko veći, što bi svakako željeli izbjeći.

- U vrijeme kada je turistička sezona već počela, velik je broj autobusa koji dolaze s agencijskim gostima, također je velik broj dnevnih izleta autobusima, svakodnevno je bitno pojačan promet kamiona, kombija i mehanizacije budući da 15. svibnja stupa na snagu zabrana građevinskih radova pa se ubrzano završavaju postojeći zahvati.

Također, ovo je vrijeme kada je visok priljev autogostiju jer još nije povećan broj katamaranskih linija prema Hvaru. Zbog svega navedenog i državni brodar “Jadrolinija” uveo je veće trajekte kako bi odgovorio na pojačane potrebe prijevoza osobnih i gospodarskih vozila te autobusa - tvrde trojica lokalnih čelnika.

Ogroman pritisak vozila

Zatvaranje tunela bi, kako tvrde, rezultiralo ogromnim pritiskom automobila, kombija, kamiona i autobusa na županijsku cestu koja je potpuno neadekvatna za tu količinu prometa. Na nekim dijelovima nije šira od pet metara te se na određenim dionicama teško mimoilaze i automobili, a kamoli veća vozila s turističkim autobusima.

Zbog toga je sasvim izgledno očekivati velike zastoje u prometu i probleme u sigurnosti na predmetnoj cesti.

- Sugeriramo sljedeće: usklađivanje zatvaranja tunela sa satnicama dolaska i odlaska trajekta na pruzi Split - Stari Grad - Split, odvijanje prometa u tunelu jednim trakom kad je to moguće, obavljanje radova noću od 22.30 do 4.30 sati, a ako te opcije nisu prihvatljive tražimo da se radovi odgode za studeni - navode u svojem pismu Novak, Škarpa i Peronja, dok su iz HC-a na naša pitanja već odgovorili da to zbog opsega radova i tehnologije izvođenja nije moguće, nego da je jedina opcija upravo ona koju su oni odabrali.
